Our Processes
YARN
We begin by procuring the highest quality yarns available to ensure that our fabrics and garments uphold their quality standards for a long lifetime of comfortable use.
Whether its Egyptian cotton for our high end shirting customers, or BCI, Regenagri, and Organic cotton for our socially and environmentally conscious buyers, Hesni offers it all.
Although Hesni specializes in natural fibers including cotton, linen, and viscose, we have recently started introducing synthetic/natural blends to our collection to achieve high performance that would not be possible with a natural fiber limitation.
WEAVING
Our weaving factory specializes in high end shirting fabrics that use double ply fine yarn counts that are yarn dyed in our facility and finished with the highest standards.
We work closely with the largest weavers in Egypt to supplement our own capacity to fulfil large uniform and workwear orders.
KNITTING
Our knitting production is focused on cotton, elastane, and poly-cotton fabrics, to offer a complete knitwear collection.
Above Hesni’s knitting capacity, they have developed partnerships with the top knitting factories in Egypt to quickly respond to large orders and special requests with the highest efficiency.
DYEING
Hesni specializes in the dyeing of fabrics, maintaining its position as a market leader in quality and service across the industry. Whether we are dyeing yarn, woven fabrics, knitted fabrics, wide width fabrics, or garments, Hesni dyes at the highest standards required.
PRINTING
Hesni offers reactive, disperse, overprint, and discharge rotary printing on both woven and knitted fabrics to its customers.
As of 2022 Hesni has been investing in digital printing technology, and can now offer its clients the highest quality printing on the market, coupled with superior fabrics and unmatched finishing.
FINISHING
Hesni’s finishing portfolio includes a range of shirt finishes such as easy iron, cool finish, oily touch, silky touch, air washed, and carbon brushed for peach skin.
We offer technical finishes for work wear and upholstery such as fire-resistant, water-resistant, stiff finish, and soft finish.
For our knitted collection, we offer hydrophobic or hydrophilic finishing options with high wicking properties; we also offer quick dry fabric as well as super soft hand feel.
For both woven and knitted fabrics we have an array of mechanical finishing options ranging including raising, shearing, carbon brushing, polishing, and tumble drying.
CUTTING & SEWING
In 2022 Hesni launched it’s first garment manufacturing operation.
Designed with the aim of vertically integrating its process and being able to offer its clients a one-stop-shop solution for all of their fashion needs.
Hesni’s garment manufacturing is specialized in knit wear and soft woven garments for women’s outerwear.
GARMENT DYE & LAUNDRY
In 2023 Hesni build it’s new garment dyeing and laundering facility.
This extension of the groups diverse business activities offers clients a look and finish that would not be possible with traditional dyeing of fabric.
Hesni has developed fashion styles using antique dyes, acid wash, stone wash, dip dye, magic dye, tie-dye, and laser engraving.
