Process
Facilities

Weaving





Our weaving facility, founded in 1969, is specialized in manufacturing yarn dyed double ply cotton shirting fabrics.


To create the highest quality fabrics we use superior yarns of Egyptian and other origins to weave millions of meters of fabric in our state of the art production facility.



KNITTING





In our knitting facility, established in 2014, we make some of the finest knit fabrics the textile industry has to offer, experimenting with different yarn fibers and blends to keep up with global trends and maximum functionality.



DYEING





With a daily dying capacity of 50,000 meters of woven fabrics, we pretreat and dye using a series of continuous processes including singeing, bleaching, mercerizing, and pad-dyeing.


We have the capability to dye bed sheet woven fabrics up to 3 meters in width. We dye daily up to 25 tons of knits and 3 tons of yarn using state of the art exhaust dyeing machines.



PRINTING





Our designers use CADCAM software for design and color separation, they use their inspiration both to create our own collections as well our client’s.


Strike-off’s are then submitted to clients to give a more accurate representation of the actual production and to receive a final approval on the different color ways before engraving the screens on laser engraving machines.


Our 3 rotary printing machines each equipped with 8 colors and two steamers allow us to have a daily production of around 60000 meters of high quality printed fabric either in pigment, reactive, disperse or discharge.



FINISHING





With the most diverse selection of chemical and mechanical finishes on the market, we are able to address our client’s needs. Thanks to our high number of stenter frames, we are able to finish daily up to 30 tons of knits and 150000 m of woven fabrics.


Our finishes can give the fabrics a smooth, silky, rubbery, oily, or papery touch, fabrics can be raised, carbon brushed, sheared, polished, calendared, or sanforized or upon request given special characteristics (or properties) like easy iron, crease resist, waterproof, fireproof, soil release or odor management.

COLOR LAB





Our Color lab is equipped with the latest technology in spectrophotometers, color dispensing and laboratory sample dyeing to ensure the matching and reproducibility of the colors in production. Color recipes are developed in the pre-production stage then checked again after the production stage to ensure compliance with our customer’s needs.



QUALITY LAB





Our quality control laboratories are certified and comply with International testing methods.


The technicians use some of the best equipment available to perform a variety of tests that check the physical and chemical properties of the fabrics making sure they satisfy the needed requirements.
